DMCA Policy

"Fried Rice Recipe" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via "Fried Rice Recipe", please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed copyright infringement:

Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If that party does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore your content. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • **Identification of the material**: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., specific URLs).
  • **A statement under penalty of perjury**: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • **Your contact information**: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • **A statement of consent to jurisdiction**: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Fried Rice Recipe" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • **An electronic or physical signature**: Your physical or electronic signature.
